Bright, silky, and citrus-forward, this chilled cocktail shakes up our Silver Edition with Cointreau, lemon, lime, and a frothy finish. Refreshment, elevated.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Emperor Gin (Lemon and Lime)
- 50 ml Cointreau
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 1 fresh egg white/ cellulose powder
- Lemon rind
- Lime rind
Method:
- Combine all ingredients together in a shaker, without ice
- Add ice and shake again
- Fine strain into a pre-chilled martini glass
- Garnish with a lemon and lime rind
