Ingredients:
- 50 ml Emperor Gin (Honeybush and cinnamon)
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 25 ml honey syrup
Garnish:
- Lemon zest
Method:
- Add gin, lemon, honey syrup, and ice to a cocktail shaker
- Shake to cool
- Strain into a cocktail glass
- Add Lemon zest and cinnamon to garnish
