Smooth and zesty with a touch of sweetness, this cocktail blends our Honeybush & Cinnamon gin with lemon and honey syrup for a rich, fragrant serve.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Emperor Gin (Honeybush and cinnamon)
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 25 ml honey syrup 

Garnish:

  • Lemon zest 

Method:

  • Add gin, lemon, honey syrup, and ice to a cocktail shaker
  • Shake to cool
  • Strain into a cocktail glass
  • Add Lemon zest and cinnamon to garnish
